Divecrew will offer a money back guarantee on the costs of training less the cost of the relevant course materials.

If a diver has an issue(s) with the course programme or the dive TEAM, the issue(s) must be raised immediately with the Dive TEAM, to allow immediate remedy. The Dive TEAM will then provide a detailed report to the Dive Centre Management whether the issue(s) are resolved or not, as we want to learn. Divecrew are keen to receive all feedback to ensure our services meet our diver’s expectations

If the issue(s) are not resolved a senior TEAM member will be in touch to arrange a meeting with the diver to discuss the specifics of the issues in a relaxed meeting. Once the issue(s) have been identified a remedial plan can be agreed with the diver which may include: completing the open water course again at no further cost to the diver. Complete a specific section with a senior TEAM member, one a one to one basis, and then the diver will be invited back into the open water course programme at the appropriate time with another group to complete the open water course in full. Or, the diver can choose to invoke a full refund of money less the costs of materials. The latter being on the premise that the instigating factor is the responsibility of Divecrew.
